Power Ten, Inc. will be supporting the San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC) at its October 16, 2013 breakfast. The SDMAC breakfast, takes place at the at the Admiral Kidd Catering & Conference Center at the Naval Mine and ASW Complex, featuring guest of honor and speaker, Brigadier General John W. Bullard USMC, CG MCI West & CG MCB Camp Pendleton.

Brigadier General Bullard is a 1982 graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Management. He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant from Officers Candidate School. Upon completion of Basic School, he reported to NAS Pensacola for flight training and was designated a Naval Aviator.
His major staff tours include Headquarters Marine Corps in the Aviation Department’s Plans, Policies, Joint Doctrine, and Budget Branch where he served as congressional matters and budget Officer. Additionally, he served as Aide-de-Camp to Deputy Commandant for Marine Aviation. He was assigned to J5-Plans at US Central Command and deployed to the forward headquarters in support of operations IRAQI FREEDOM & ENDURING FREEDOM. In addition, he was Branch Head of Marine Aviation Weapons Systems Requirements Branch for Headquarters Marine Corps Aviation Department.
His first general officer assignment was Commander of NATO Headquarters Sarajevo in support of UNSCR 1895 from 2009-10. He served as DCG Marine Corps Combat Development Command from 2010-12. Prior to assuming command of Marine Corps Installations West – Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton he served as the Deputy Commander Regional Command North, ISAF.
Brigadier General Bullard assumed his current duties as Commanding General, Marine Corps Installations West – Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton on Aug. 23, 2013.
The San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC), is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation, whose mission is to support, promote, and represent the common business and other interests of the military, their quality of life issues, and the defense industry community in the San Diego area. SDMAC will advance the partnership and communication between the military, our elected and appointed officials, and the business community while working to enhance recognition of the military’s many contributions to the greater San Diego area, and will be capable of focusing on, speaking publicly on, and taking appropriate actions in furtherance of its mission.
